How We Disciple
Our discipleship pathway is primarily based on Ephesians 4:11-13
"So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

In short, Paul says that Jesus gave the church gifted people who are meant to equip others in the church until everyone has reached maturity.
We have created a simple pathway of doing this very thing!
Our discipleship pathway takes place in 3 stages
Phase 1
WORLDWIDE
Mentorship
In this phase the mentor takes on the role of spiritual coach. The main purpose is to establish basic spiritual foundations in the life of the mentee.
Phase 2
WORLDWIDE
Equipping
In this phase, the mentee will learn the basics of biblical interpretation, basic theologies, how to properly share their testimony as a witness account, how to share the Gospel, what their spiritual gifts are and how to use them.
Phase 3
WORLDWIDE
Exit
This is the phase that ends discipleship. The purpose of this phase is to enable the mentee to move on into whatever ministry focus God has laid out for them. This is done through guidance by the mentor/equipper.
